Job Title: Seasonal Sales Representative
Reports to: Business Development Manager
Salary: $14 - $18/hour (eligible for overtime pay and performance-based incentives)

Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Seasonal Sales Representative to help drive revenue growth and expand our customer base during our peak spring Tax season (January – April) with a possibility for an extension as needed. You will play a key role in helping re-engage potential customers, prospecting leads and closing sales. Ideal candidates are motivated self-starters, skilled communicators, and have a passion for sales and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume prospecting via calls, emails, and online lead forms.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings or demonstrations with prospective clients in large business segments.
- Qualify inbound and marketing-generated leads, identifying viable sales opportunities.
- Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate Taxfyle solutions to maximize satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track outreach metrics, and report on lead conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to drive deals through the sales pipeline.
- Provide feedback to the Business Development Manager to improve sales processes and strategies.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Proven experience with sales calls or handling high volumes of outbound calls (required).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- High level of self-motivation, energy, and drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as Hubspot or sales software is a plus.
- Basic understanding of general financial and US tax accounting principles is a plus but not required.
Working Hours
- Ability to work fully remote Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm EST
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
