The North Dakota Parks & Recreation team is looking for Customer Service Associates to join us this season! Help visitors discover the beauty and excitement of our state parks while working in some of the most scenic spots in North Dakota.

What You’ll Do:

Welcome visitors with a friendly, helpful attitude

Provide info about park activities, fees, and amenities

Assist with reservations for campers and manage check-ins

Support park stores with sales, inventory, and customer service

Promote activities and events that make the parks even more fun!

Minimum Qualifications:

Someone who’s passionate about the outdoors and enjoys sharing that enthusiasm with others

Customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or just being great with people)

A friendly, positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Must be 14 or older
