Job Requirements and Preferred Knowledge:
To be successful in the Housing and Restaurant Maintenance Technician role, we’re looking for someone who has:

Basic Carpentry Skills: Experience with essential carpentry tasks, including framing, drywall installation, and basic wood repairs. Familiarity with common carpentry tools like saws, hammers, drills, and measuring devices is required.

Power Tools: Comfortable and skilled in using a variety of power tools such as drills, sanders, saws, and grinders. Safety and proficiency in handling tools are crucial.

Plumbing Knowledge: Ability to perform basic plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and installing fixtures. Familiarity with plumbing systems and tools (wrenches, pipe cutters, etc.) is important.

Electrical Knowledge: Basic understanding of electrical systems for troubleshooting and repairing outlets, light fixtures, and other electrical components. Experience with electrical tools and safety protocols is essential.

Must have a valid drivers license

Must be able to pass a background check
