Your Role:

As our Seasonal Head Chef, you’ll lead in crafting and presenting extraordinary meals, designed with health and dietary versatility in mind. Collaboration, attention to safety, and high standards of sanitation are integral to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dietary-Focused Culinary Excellence: Prepare and present meals that meet varying dietary requirements.
• Leadership: Actively contribute to a positive kitchen environment as part of a dedicated culinary team.
• Sanitation & Efficiency: Uphold the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations.
• Satisfaction: Align with our hospitality mindset to create memorable dining experiences for all campers and guests.

What We’re Looking For:

• Culinary Expertise: Strong background in culinary arts with a focus on dietary accommodations. ServSafe certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain one).
• Team Player: Thrive in a collaborative environment and adapt seamlessly to a fast-paced kitchen.
• Physical Agility: Ability to handle the physical demands of a busy kitchen environment.
• Seasonal Availablity: Be able to work May 2025 to August 2025 .
