Qualifications:
Customer service experience is strongly preferred
Highly motivated with strong public speaking skills to promote the mission of The Trustees
Able to keep ones cool while working to resolve conflict with visitors
Capable of working both independently and cooperatively with other staff
Must be rigorously detail-oriented
Perform tasks safely and in accordance with The Trustees safety policies and procedures

Background check required
Work environment—the work environment; temperature, noise level, inside or outside, or other factors that will affect the person's working conditions while performing the job.
Variable outdoor weather conditions.
Indoor climate-controlled booth.
Bathroom facilities in nearby building.
Wild animal sightings are frequent, though pose no threat.
Physical demands—the physical demands of the job, including bending, sitting, lifting, and driving.
Ability to lift 40 pounds and be comfortable on feet for extended periods required.
Seating is provided inside of the booth.
Ability to frequently move between sitting and standing positions.
Position type and expected hours of work—full time or part time, typical work hours and shifts, days of week.
17-25 hours a week in high season, with flexibility.
Reduced hours in off season (November-April).
Flexibility to work holidays, evenings and weekends may be required
