We design creative for a new business campaign. Refine messaging around new product launches. Organize captivating customer events. Develop innovative digital media campaigns. Collaborate on playbooks and training with the Sales team. Marketing is the face and voice of us and plays a key, high-impact role in how we tell our story.
This position: The Search Marketing Manager - Contractor will have a global role and will be the person leading the efforts on utilizing the new internal tools to make recommendations to help the SEM team drive improved performance. The candidate will also be the project lead to move forward our value based bidding strategy and our offline data feed integration. The ideal candidate is a data-driven performance marketer with a stellar SEM knowledge, understanding of attribution and with solid working knowledge of other digital channels such as display, video, and/or mobile advertising. The Search Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders from product, data science, engineering, analytics, global eCommerce to help us drive the SEM program to the next level to attain monthly, quarterly, and annual program KPIs.
This position is a 9 months contract role and reports to the Director Performance Marketing.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize insights and data from newly launched dashboards and make recommendations for ROI-driven paid search campaigns
- Global implementation, monitoring and optimization of a 3rd party tool that will help improve company cost efficiencies
- Lead the value based bidding project and implement it across the global SEM program
- Monitor the offline data feed integration and recommend improvements that will help define the future SEM roadmap
- Recommend and define SEM campaign strategies, tactics, and test plans to achieve business objectives.
- Help implement and trouble-shoot marketing technologies, including advertising pixels, 3rd party tags, audience segments, and parameter tracking.
- Partner with the cross functional stakeholders like product managers, analytics, data science, to help the SEM team drive higher revenue
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 6+ years of experience in digital advertising
- 4+ years of experience managing campaigns in Google Ads and/or Bing Ads platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, including basic modeling and forecasting, performance analysis, and technical troubleshooting
- Powerful written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, self-starter, able to independently execute with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
- Ability to leverage large datasets to run campaign analysis and provide recommendations with demonstrable experience driving growth through testing and analysis
- Experience with analytics platforms and upper funnel analysis for awareness campaigns
- Experience managing large global paid search budgets in excess of $10M annually
- Familiarity with any of: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, AdRoll, Apple Search Ads, Demandbase, Eloqua, Facebook Ads, LiftOff, LinkedIn Advertising, Optimizely, or Tableau
- SEO experience a plus
- Experience marketing B2B and/or SaaS products a plus
- Knowledge of a foreign language a plus
