Your Role:
As a Recruiting Partner, you’ll act as a vital bridge between talented professionals and businesses in need of their skills. Key responsibilities include:
- Building strong, professional relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
- Collaborating with clients to address urgent hiring needs by identifying top talent.
- Sourcing and screening candidates using advanced tools and strategies.
- Preparing candidates and clients for interviews, facilitating smooth hiring experiences.
- Managing job offers and conducting reference checks.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re searching for individuals with:
- Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal).
- The drive to make proactive outreach calls to clients and candidates.
- Confidence and professionalism when connecting with others via phone.
- A strong sense of integrity and a commitment to ethical recruiting practices.
- Solid negotiation skills and attention to detail.
(A degree is preferred but not required. Completion of gpac’s training program is essential.)

Your potential is unlimited at gpac. Starting with a base salary of $50,000, you’ll work toward commission goals that can bring your total earnings to $160,000 annually. Additional benefits include:
