Position Summary:
As a SEA LIFE Education Shift Lead, you'll be the captain of educational adventures, leading guests of all ages through immersive experiences and captivating talks about our fascinating marine world! You'll uphold our standards of safety, service, and efficiency while ensuring every visitor leaves with a smile!
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding guest service and create unforgettable experiences.
- Educate guests, especially children, about marine life using interactive techniques.
- Lead Behind the Scenes Tours and inspire other tour guides with your expertise.
- Ensure safety, service, and presentation standards are met at all times.
- Switch between tasks seamlessly in our fast-paced environment.
- Handle crowd control, guest questions, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Learn to identify marine animals and educate guests about conservation efforts.
- Comfortably provide feedback and coaching to our education hosts.
- Speak confidently in public, from one-on-one interactions to large group presentations.
- Communicate effectively with management and other departments to maintain a positive work environment.
- Assist with admissions during busy periods like school groups or large parties.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Prior experience in aquariums, zoos, or education settings preferred.
- Passion for educating guests about sea animals and conservation.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- ️ Comfortable with public speaking and excellent time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a team player attitude.

Education:
High school diploma required, with coursework in science or education preferred.

Pay Range:USD $18.00/Hr.
