ABOUT THE PROJECT:
Build self service capabilities for Operations to service Clients Health Benefits clients. This project will
build API and develop backend code. Self servicing capabilities for operations is on a critical path to
reduce cycle time to serve our customers. This squad will focus on building scalable capabilities by
leveraging cloud services.
Currently, cycle time to service our clients/participants is high. By providing self service capabilities to
Operations and Phone associates.
The Expertise You Have
· Minimum BS in Computer Science or Engineering
· 6-9 years' experience in commercial software development using object-oriented design
methodology.
· 5 years' experience with Java
· 5+ years' experience with PostgreSQL or similar RDBMS and REST APIs
· 3+ years' experience testing Restful APIs using RestAssured, Postman, or similar tooling
· Knowledge/Experience on Cloud (Azure) is added value
· Proven technical experience as an automation engineer/software engineer working across a
diverse range of applications at multiple layers of the technology stack

implementing efficient and effective test strategies
· You have experience in testing distributed applications at multiple layers of the technology
stack using a variety of automation frameworks.
· You have expertise with using Java or JavaScript and experience with Cucumber/BDD
· You have proven knowledge of CI/CD principles using Jenkins and Git and can make
recommendations on how to best include test automation into pipelines
· Work in a team of SDET's focused on automation best practices and building reusable
artifacts.
· You bring a learning mindset to your work and are eager to master and adopt new
technologies
· You thrive in an Agile environment and believe in the value of t-shaped squad members.
