Title - Test Automation Engineer or SDET

Location - Remote (Hubs - Wilmington, DE or Charlotte, NC or Baltimore, MD or Dallas, TX)

Type - Long Term Contract/Contract to Hire

Responsibilities:

• Automated Test Development: Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for applications using Node.js, Apollo GraphQL, Angular, and AWS.


• CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure continuous testing throughout the software delivery process.


• Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage across new and existing features.


• Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews, providing feedback on best practices for test automation and code quality.


• Test Execution & Reporting: Execute automated tests, track results, identify issues, and report defects to ensure high-quality releases

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Technical Skills: Proficient in Angular, Node.js, and Node-based APIs; experience with GraphQL, AWS, and Docker (2-3+ years).


• Testing Expertise: Strong experience with Jest, Selenium, Cypress (3+ years), and K6 for performance testing.CI/CD Integration: Knowledge of integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines.


• Experience: 5-7 years as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET).


• Some experience as Software Developer or Software Engineer will be a plus
