Essential functions:
•Strongly serving and supporting the product owners, business analysts
and development teams in their quest to do everything possible to
deliver value.
•Guiding and coaching the scrum teams and organization on how to use
Agile/scrum practices and behaviors to delight customers.
•Guiding and coaching both the scrum teams and the development teams on
how to get the most out of self-organization.
•Leading applicable scrum ceremonies, specifically planning meetings,
daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
•Removing impediments or guiding the teams to remove impediments by
finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
Required Skills
•Proven experience facilitating multiple scrum teams at one time.
•Experience being on scrum teams in a variety of different contexts
(different team sizes, different organizations, different cultures,
co-located vs. distributed, etc.)
•Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for
filling in the intentional gaps left in the scrum approach (eg:
numerous burn down techniques, numerous retrospective formats, handling
bugs, etc.)
•Applicable knowledge of the technologies and tools used by the team
(eg. JIRA, Planning Poker, etc.)
•Excellent communication and mentoring skills with positive energy
•Effective problem solver
