- 3 years' experience working as a Scrum Master with a demonstrated track record of delivering results utilizing contemporary agile methodologies such as Scrum, and/or Kanban
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems or a related discipline (Master's Degree preferred)
- Industry-recognized certification such as Certified Scrum Master and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) Preferred
- Experience with agile planning software tools required, familiarity with JIRA & Confluence preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills a must; can present formally or informally
- A love to learn and improve as an Agile Facilitator, always looking to bring something new and helpful to the team
