Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Scrum Master- ServiceNow to join our team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Responsible for entire project lifecycle (initiate, plan, execute, control, close)
+ Plan, staff, budget, and direct project(s) to ensure the timely delivery of contractual commitments to customers
+ Must have held a scrum master position in a Agile Framework and Development Project(s)
+ Supervisory responsibilities may include program/project staffing, resource management, and performance management
+ Gathers pre-implementation and post-implementation facts (from customers) to contribute to the documentation of Business Cases and ROI for Past Performance write-ups
+ Reports project status and outcomes to leadership
+ Effectively coordinates risks and opportunities to leadership
+ Obtains customer validation of outcomes achieved and ROI delivered.
+ Documents Past Performance write-ups
+ Responsible for identification and capture of organic growth opportunities
Basic Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master
+ 2+ years of relevant experience with ServiceNow Applications
+ The successful candidate must be able to work remotely and be able to travel occasionally as needed
+ Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business
+ CAPM certification
Physical Requirements:
+ Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
+ Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
+ The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
Security Clearance Requirements:
+ US citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance
The projected compensation range for this position is $76,400-$127,300. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
