We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master and Development Delivery Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong history of successfully guiding Agile teams in software development projects. In the Scrum Master role, you will collaborate closely with client teams to facilitate Agile processes, ensure adherence to Scrum principles, and foster continuous improvement. As Development Delivery Manager, you will manage Agile delivery, oversee resource allocation, and monitor capacity while ensuring that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met for outsourced development teams, which include a mix of onshore and o?shore developers.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $55.00 - $60.00 per hour. Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum practices, and software development lifecycle.
- Proven experience in tracking Agile delivery metrics, optimizing capacity utilization, and ensuring the efficient allocation of resources.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote and distributed team environment (onshore, nearshore, and offshore).
- Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to navigate complex project environments.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring Agile teams.
- Ability to work with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Previous demonstrated success working with a Client for requirements and an outsourced vendor for associated development activities.

- Experience in consulting or working with clients in a professional services environment.
- Knowledge of other Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, SAFe).
- Technical background or familiarity with software development practices and technologies.

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate closely with product owners to ensure a clear understanding of the product backlog and project objectives.
- Assist in the accurate estimation and planning of sprints and releases.
- Proactively identify and remove impediments that may hinder team progress.
- Foster a team culture focused on continuous improvement, collaboration, andinnovation.
- Ensure the team consistently adheres to Agile principles and Scrum practices.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies, promoting best practices.
- Track and report on team performance metrics, including adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Metrics tracked include burn-down charts, velocity, story completion, control charts, and cumulative flow diagrams.
- Maintain awareness of both individual team member performance and overall team dynamics. Provide regular updates to the Program Lead on the health of the Scrum team.
- Engage with stakeholders to communicate project status, identify risks, and address issues.
- Facilitate open and effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
- Ability to operate within a hybrid Waterfall and Agile framework, managing quarterly prioritized deliverables developed using Agile practices.
