We are seeking a Scrum Master with the following background
- 2+ years active experience in managing Agile Squad as a Scrum Master and participating in scalable Agile methodologies and ceremonies
- Demonstrated experience with Agile Framework and Methodologies
- Demonstrated skills and experience in managing Agile change management approaches and demonstrating effective problem-solving/decision-making skills
- Candidate should have used, done reporting and data analytics with JIRA; prior administration of JIRA helpful; someone who has done Agile type Squads and Program level governance, Scrum of Scrums, etc.
Preferred Job Skills
- Certified Professional Scrum Master and/or Scalable Agile Professional
