- The Scrum Master will serve as a key member within a Commercial Sales Product Scrum team.
-An experienced agile practitioner and servant leader, they will coach teams on their agile maturity journey and drive adoption of lean and agile practices for continuous improvement.
-They are a change agent and lifelong learner, passionate about digital transformation in a rapidly evolving transportation industry.
-Must have good communication skills
-Must have a bachelors degree
-Good to have skills in SQL, AWS
-Must have experience in Transportation Industry
-Ideal candidate should be local to Illinois.
