Role Overview: As a Scrum Master, this individual will be responsible for multiple working teams and have responsibilities in Agile Project Management, Program Management, and Architecture & Software Platform Support.
Role Responsibilities:
- • Act as Scrum Master to multiple working teams
- • Lead agile ceremonies and team meeting cadences (Demos, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming/Refinement, etc.)
- • Support delivery reviews for robustness, completeness, and accuracy
- • Support user story creation
- • Create, maintain, and track projects within JIRA
- • Support process engineers by maintaining vehicle programs timing documents in SharePoint
- • Drive transparent communications and accountability by following up on key tasks and providing relevant reminders
- • Act as Documentation and Configuration Manager
- • Deliver corporate template updates as needed
- Set-up and maintain project settings Dashboard
- • Create and support identified process improvements
- • Support the Lessons Learned Team
- • Collaborate with other scrum masters in scrum of scrum ceremonies
- • Use JIRA ALIGN to track dependencies between JIRA projects
Required Qualifications:
- • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master
- • Experience in project management and understanding of formalized PM methodologies
- • Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- • Professional experience with Jira and Confluence
- • Knowledgeable with the Microsoft Office suite, including SharePoint
- • Proven experience creating and maintaining dashboards
- • Process improvement experience
- • Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.
- • Working knowledge of various Agile techniques such as user stories, continuous integration
- • Strong experience presenting to executives
