The client is not offering subcontracting for this position.
This role is onsite in Dallas, TX, 5 days per week.

As a Scrum Master, you will be collaborating with product teams, engineers and many cross functional teams including business partners to ensure high quality software product in timely delivery by adapting PMO standards and procedures.

Requirements
Responsibilities and Duties
- Knowledge of database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and data warehousing concepts.
- Understanding of data analysis techniques and statistical methods and responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of data analytics and AI/ML initiatives
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate AI/ML models, analytics solutions, and data pipelines into the Snowflake data platform.
- Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Run agile ceremonies for more than one functions for quality delivery.
- Support the team to define business requirements, identify and recommend solutions to those problems. Ability to understand technical stories for analytical solutions and data related projects.
- Be responsible to manage team backlog, own the prioritization process and manage key initiatives for scope, schedule, resource allocations and risks.
- Apply process improvement methods by effectively organizing and utilizing organizational assets and the application of best practices.
- Consistent to produce quality deliverables and high throughput from team.
- Prepare and present status to executive leadership across organization.
- Actively manage Kanban boards, sprints, epics, stories, and other issues assign to the team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, requirements and define sprint goals along with product team.
- Understand business requirements, systems flow, data flow, data dependencies and functional design along with business analysts / engineers / architects.
- Ability to execute SQL and SSRS reports.
- Basic understanding on data pipelines, api, database / database modeling, data integrations and governance with security
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, solution analysis, project kickoffs, standups, and status meetings.
- Run various agile reports and present to leadership and also responsible for KPI adherence defined by PMO.
- Create dashboards and write JQLs for reports and status.
- Translate information requests from internal customers involving ambiguity into actionable tasks for developers.
- Gather and document business requirements, systems flow, data flow, data dependencies and functional design.
- Manage inbound request queue, prioritize requests, and communicate status with stakeholders.
- Create and manage project plans for long running initiatives and coordinate with team day to day progress.
- Track and report work status for team, people assignments and work completion.
- Provide project status reports and executive summaries as required.
- Own and manage the change management and release management process.
- Supports IT team governance, audit, and controls process.
- Own data team issue management, client implementations and coordination.
- Manage and govern team data documentation of solution, requirements, specification, credentials, and processes.
- For this position, it is essential to have responsibility, a zeal for delivery, good time management habits and a fun attitude while working with some amazing people.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
- Has between 5-8 years of proven working experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master
- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, standards, and best practices, particularly regarding data privacy, security, and compliance is a plus.
- Technical expertise regarding requirements gathering, process engineering, technical documentation.
- Strong knowledge of Agile Methodologies and related SDLC concepts (Scrum, SAFe, XP, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of SQL and related tools.
- Understanding AI/ML fundamentals and fundamentals of data warehousing & Data Lakes
- Experience working with Agile Project Management tools (JIRA, Rally, VersionOne, etc.).
- Must have excellent verbal, written, and problem-solving skills.
- Must demonstrate flexibility and excellent organizational skills with the ability to complete a variety of tasks accurately with high attention to detail and creativity.
- Display strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills; communicates effectively with all levels of leadership and staff. Presents to executive sponsors occasionally.
- Develop, manage, and maintain customer relationships at all organizational levels.
- SAFe or CSM Certification, preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
