About the Job
**Contract-To-Hire**
Must-Have:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in cybersecurity or IT environments.
- Experience facilitating various Scrum ceremonies- daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools such as CyberArk or Delinea (highly preferred but not required).
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Pay Range- $65-75/hr.
