Job Title: Scrum Master

Job Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Clearance: An active Secret Clearance is required.

Citizenship: Due to agency and contract requirements, only U.S. citizens with no dual citizenship can be considered.

Telework: Candidates must reside within a commutable distance and be available to work onsite at the customer’s discretion. This includes on-site presence during the transition period.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Possess 12+ years of related experience.
• Support IT programs as a Scrum Master in recent roles.
• Participate in rotational on-call schedules to support systems requiring 24x7x365 uptime.
• Maintain availability to meet recall requirements for critical system support.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure adherence to Agile principles and methodologies.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• An active Secret Clearance.
• U.S. citizenship with no dual citizenship.
• Must reside within a commutable distance to Colorado Springs, CO.
• Willingness and ability to work onsite at the customer's discretion.
