The Scrum Master will provide critical support for Agile Marketing Teams. In partnership with an assigned Agile Coach, this role will focus on standing up new agile teams and establishing a strong Agile/Scrum foundation. Scrum Master duties will eventually be transitioned to a permanent Scrum Master (upon completion of key stand-up criteria). Over the course of this 12-month assignment, the Scrum Master will provide support to a number of new teams and may also help identify and take action to remove impediments to Marketings broader agile transformation. Guides the scrum team(s)
to follow generally accepted Agile/Scrum practices and daily activities to actively promote prioritization, team readiness, and commitment for each Sprint. Uses empirical data to help the team(s) assess their Scrum Maturity, optimize scrum team velocity, and identify improvement opportunities
to achieve higher levels of team performance. Coaches scrum team(s) to deliver marketing campaigns using agile practices while also following the Standard Marketing Process, business process mapping, and various other processes as appropriate to ensure all risk, security, and development requirements are met. Partners with Product/Marketing Owner(s) to ensure continuous refinement of backlog, which may include multiple projects.
