The Alexander Technology Group is searching for an Scrum Master for an investment firm in Boston MA. The client is targeting an experience agile professional who can deliver process improvement to an internal squad. The Role

• Responsible for implementing Agile principles, evaluating team performance, and ensuring the continuous improvement of agile practices.
• Act as the coach for an agile team
• Facilitate team events and processes, and support teams to deliver value
• Champion the team in Scrum and scaled agile methodologies
• Remove impediments and create an environment for high-performing team.
• Actively participate in technical and business discussions with various stakeholders

Requirements 

• 2+ years of experience in an investment. financial services or asset management environment working with data or engineering teams. 
• 5+ years of experience in agile leadership and management
• Scrum master and scaled agile certifications are a plus
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Miro preferred
