2nd/3rd Shift Differential of $3.00/hr
1st shift hours: 5:45am - 3:45pm (MON-THUR / overtime possible on Fridays)
2nd shift hours: 4pm - 2am (MON-THUR / overtime possibleon Fridays)
3rd shift hours: 7:45pm - 5:45am (SUN-WED / overtimepossible on Thursday evenings)
>>> May need to train on 1st shift / Hours:5:45am - 3:45pm (MON-THUR)
NOTE:
Onsite interview / plant tour will be conducted for allpositions
Include 1-2 days/time when Candidate is available tointerview onsite
Job Summary:
Individual will perform machine setup and run Acme andDavenport screw machines. Job Qualifications:
Relevant work experience; maintenance, mechanic,automotive mechanic, or trade school completion
Perform standard math add, subtract, multiply, and divide
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for operation of screw machines; including,loading bar stock, filling fluids, and removing chips from machine.
Responsible for performing setup on screw machines;including, tooling changes, tool sharpening, and tool adjustments to ensurecontinued conformance to specifications.
Responsible for conformance with quality specifications.
Ability to assist other operators in performing toolchanges, trouble shooting, and maintenance activities.
Ability to assist in training others on operation andsetup of screw machines.
Preferred Skills:
Mechanically inclined Individual needs to be good withtools and machinery and can adapt quickly to fixings things both familiar andunfamiliar.
Perform standard math Individual needs to able to performstandard math to effectively make machine adjustments.
Reasoning ability Ability to think, reflect, and makedecision to overcome obstacles.
