Our client, a world-leading Pharmaceutical Company in Spring House, PA is currently looking for a Bioprocess Manufacturing Associate to join their expanding team.
Job Title: Bioprocess Manufacturing Associate / Cell Therapy, CAR-T
Duration: 6 months contract, extendable up to 24 months
Location: Spring House, PA
Note:
The client has the right-to-hire you as a permanent employee at any time during or after the end of the contract.

Job Description
Perform various water and cell-based lab experiments in support of CAR-T manufacturing sciences. Responsible for execution of studies, currently focused on the Miltenyi Prodigy system.
Responsible for maintaining lab notebook in compliance with Pharmaceutical policy.
Draft reports and assessments that evaluate manufacturing processes for failure modes, robustness, scalability and other process attributes imperative for commercial manufacturing.
Responsible for ordering materials/reagents required for varying studies performed.
Assist in equipment management, including scheduling preventive maintenance.
Assist in maintaining lab in a constant state of compliance.
Stay current on all required department and corporate training.
Nice-to-have:
Previous cell therapy bioprocessing experience strongly preferred; Experience with Miltenyi Prodigy instrument strongly preferred.
Experience with lean manufacturing
Previous experience with mammalian cell culture; experience with aseptic technique preferred;
Must-have:
Bachelor Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Cell and Molecular Biology or related scientific field with 2-4 years of bioprocessing experience
Experience with GMP manufacturing and GDP (good documenation practices), commercial experience a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills and be team player in a cross-functional matrixed environment
