Key Responsibilities:
Content Development and Review:
- Collaborate with regulatory and clinical teams to review scientific content, including SOPs, guidelines, training materials, and technical documents.
- Translate complex scientific and regulatory concepts into clear, accessible language for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ensure all communications are accurate, consistent, and aligned with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Training and Educational Material Creation:
- Design and create educational resources, such as presentations, guides, and infographics, to support the training of teams on regulatory processes.
- Develop engaging multimedia content (videos, animations) to enhance understanding and retention of key concepts.
- Ensure all materials are tailored to the needs of the audience, from clinical researchers to project managers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with subject matter experts, including clinical researchers, regulatory specialists, and project managers, to ensure accurate and clear communication of scientific concepts and guidelines.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of communication and training resources based on feedback and evolving best practices.
Project Support:
- Support the development of meeting summaries, reports, manuscripts, and data-driven products by collaborating with scientific and research teams.
- Provide communication expertise for scientific presentations, meetings, and outreach efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in communications, Science Communication, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Experience in scientific writing or communications within a clinical, healthcare, or research setting
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate complex scientific information clearly and concisely
- Proficiency in developing multimedia content, including video editing and graphic design, to support educational initiatives
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with a range of stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills
- Proactive and self-motivated
