A Day in the Life of a School Psychologist at PSI:
As a School Psychologist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting testing and assessments for students across various grade levels.
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to provide insights and recommendations for individual education plans.
- Designing individualized education plans to address functional and academic needs.
- Providing individual and group counseling to students dealing with emotional, developmental, and behavioral challenges.
- Using your expertise to improve the social, emotional, and academic well-being of children.
What We're Looking for:
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, School Psychology, or a closely related field.
- Experience working with children or pediatric populations in a school setting.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- School Psychologist License
