School Psychologist Needed for 23/24 School Year. - Procare Therapy.

A school in Matteson, IL is seeking a full-time licensed School Psychologist for the upcoming school year. Candidates must have a minimum of 1+ years of experience and a valid license from the IL State Board of Examiners of Psychologists and PEL.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations for students with disabilities or emotional disturbances.
• Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Consult with staff, parents, and professionals to support student well-being.
• Provide crisis intervention services as needed.
• Participate in school-wide initiatives like Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS).

Requirements:

• Experience in a school setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with special education laws and regulations.
