School Psychologist - Staff Today (STI)

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a School Psychologist to work at a facility in Durango , CO. These are registry positions with our company.

37.5hrs Travel Package
Weekly Gross Pay = $1200
Local Hourly Rate (Taxable) = $32
Weekly Travel Stipend Non-Taxed- goes to the net pay = $1407 (Hotel-847 Meals-560)
Total Weekly ($1407 is not taxed)= $2607
Feels like per hour = $69.52
$2607 div 37.5 hours = $69.52

Shifts Available:

• Day (5x7.5 Hours) 8:00 16:00

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-year previous working experience as a School Psychologist
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Familiarity with medical terminology
• CPR card issued by the American Heart Association
• Must have up to date certification in the state of CO
• Qualified for travel rate if permanent residence is 50+ miles away

Responsibilities:

• Listening to students' concerns about academic, emotional or social issues.
• Providing individual and group counseling as appropriate.
• Administering and evaluating psychological tests and preparing reports.
• Helping students to process and overcome their problems.
• Assisting students with the development of goals and action plans.
• Engaging and counseling teachers, parents, and caregivers about issues.
• Researching and implementing intervention programs.
• Developing programs to address behavioral issues and learning difficulties.
• Assessing and diagnosing students to determine eligibility for special services.
• Participating in continuing professional development.
