About the Job
We are Rocky Mountain Prep, a movement comprised of incredible educators, families, scholars, and advocates who are changing the face of public education in Colorado by democratizing college access and preparation for historically marginalized students and families. On paper, we are a network of twelve college preparatory charter schools in the Denver metro area serving students as young as twelve weeks through twelfth grade.
But we are so much more than this.
During the 2024-2025 school year, RMP is driving after five big goals:
- 85% Staff Retention
- 100% of campuses going green & ECE-2nd grade students growing an average of 1.25 years in math and reading
- 100% of seniors accepted into college
- 40% of 3rd-8th grade students meet their Accelerated Reader millionaire goal
- RMP meets its network enrollment goal
At Rocky Mountain Prep, our School Principals are not just leaders—they are visionaries who embody and advance our mission to democratize college access for all students. As the architect of a rigorous, standards-aligned instructional vision, you will ensure that every scholar receives a high-quality education that prepares them to achieve college-ready benchmarks and opens doors to a choice-filled life. Your leadership will model continuous growth and anti-fragility, fostering a high expectations, joy, and inclusion culture while elevating teaching and learning through coaching, feedback, and professional development. By building trust and collaboration, you will engage families as partners and inspire scholars to see themselves as leaders and contributors. Together, we will create a school where every student is known, loved, and prepared to graduate with the skills and confidence to design a choice-filled future.
