Talent Vision, a Staffing and Consulting Firm, is seeking an attentive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. This crucial role focuses on optimizing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities of an Operations Manager
- Supervise, train and mentor the Operations Team including:
- School Nurse, 3 Operations Associates, Food Service Associate, Transportation Coordinator, Enrollment Associate, Internal and external data, technology and facilities staff, vendors and partners.
- Act as back-up to Finance Manager including data analysis, reporting and accounting functional support.
- Gather and create data reports as needed for school administrators and federal/state/city agencies.
- Oversee the tracking/recording and reporting of all student enrollment and attendance to ensure full enrollment and accurate reporting in multiple systems.
- Create public communication documents with direction and oversight from Director of Operations.
- Oversee student records to be compliant with city and state guidelines including Health Records.
- Ensure facility issues are addressed with maintenance team and meet the needs of the school’s groups both internal and external customers while meeting all Compliance Guidelines.
- Ensure technology issues are addressed with technology consultants.
- Support the General Main Office and Front Desk coverage needs with the team.
- Tackle special projects as requested by leadership, including ad-hoc reports, and provide data analysis.
- Work hours will include some late evenings for events and time-sensitive projects. Must able to work Saturdays when needed for Special Events.
- Share main office coverage for Saturday chess and fencing programs.
- Excellent computer and technology skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and knowledge of ATS, .
- Excellent problem-solving, process improvement/ implementation, & communication skills.
- Excellent task ownership, initiative and attention to detail.
- Bilingual in Spanish a MUST, Bilingual and/or French a plus.
Experience and Skills Required: - Possess a start-up, mindset, agile and proactive, self-starter, hands on team contributor with a roll up your sleeves, all hands on deck approach to execution and task completion.
- A data driven, results oriented servant leader, skilled at scaling and development processes to improve Operational team performance and overall operational efficiency to meet the high level organizational goals.
- Support and commitment to the school’s mission: belief that all students can learn at a high level, regardless of race, culture, or socioeconomic status.
- Ability to work both passionately and humbly in a cohesive team, including families, instructional staff, support staff, and outside groups.

- Ability to use feedback from administrators, peers, students, and parents to effectively implement process improvement, reporting and data analysis and overall execution of operational tasks to meet high level goals.
- A team player willing to do whatever it takes to keep our school running smoothly.
- Experience in a non-profit or school environment preferred.
