Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations, event planning, or facilities management, preferably in a school, nonprofit, or educational environment.
Experience managing large-scale events, coordinating logistics, and overseeing operational workflows.
Proven experience in supervising staff and managing teams.
Skills and Competencies
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and excellence in execution.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software/tools.
Strong budgeting and financial planning skills to manage event-related expenses.
Ability to remain calm under pressure, adapt to changing situations, and deliver results within tight deadlines.
TVT Community Day School offers a competitive hourly rate for this role, ranging from $28.00 to $34.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. This range reflects our commitment to equitable compensation and is designed to attract highly qualified candidates.
