School Office Assistant from Vanguard Group Staffing, Inc.

Temporary Office Assistant needed in Academia. This is a long term temporary position, possible temp to hire. This is working for a day school assisting with daily administrative and clerical operations.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Answering phones and assisting callers.
• Monitoring and responding to emails and sending out mass mailings.
• Creating and editing correspondence.
• Assisting with planning and coordinating student events.
• Purchasing Supplies.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments and updating calendars.

Excellent computer, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills a must!! Please have strong attention to detail and MS Office skills.

Schedule:

Monday through Wednesday, 10am to 6:30pm, Thursdays 10:30am to 7:15pm and some Sundays from 8am to 12:30pm.
