SCHOOL OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST(OT) '24/'25 SCHOOL YEAR
Pay:
- $87,000 -$100k/ School Year
- $57-$65/hr
- $2k-$2600/wk
- $8k-$10,500/mo
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate disorders and delays that affect students’ ability to perform daily activities and reach their educational goals Develop/improve individual’s ability to independently perform tasks
- Serve as member of the Individualized Education Plan (IEP) team for students with occupational therapy concerns.
- Facilitate goals and objectives per child’s educational plan
- Maintain appropriate records
- Work in coordination with school personnel and parents to develop appropriate programs for eligible students.
- Effectively communicate with teachers, administrators, and parents
- Perform other OT duties/responsibilities required by the Program and within the scope of licensure and/or certification
- Ensure all services are performed in accordance with state laws and regulations
Job Requirements:
- CA OT LICENSE (or ability to obtain).
- NBCOT CERTIFICATION
This is a full-time position in an for K-12 School District. The OT will evaluate students and implement and document care.
