- A high level of customer service experience
- Attention to detail
- Reliable – a record of being on time
- Train new Custodians
- Coach and discuss the performance of Custodians
- Desire to correct customer complaints immediately
- Must be a Great Ambassador for ABM – communication in a professional manner with Client and Custodians
In this fast-paced environment - You need to be able to:
- Perform Cleaning Routines in an Excellent Manner
- Inspect buildings for safety
- Supervise, inspect, and perform tag work
- A solid history of safe work practices, following and enforcing company policies
The right candidate will have:
- Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
- Commitment to working all scheduled shifts - the ability to coach team members on committing to their shifts
