Position Overview: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a Part Time, in-person role in school, home and/or community settings. In this position you will develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans for students. You will also collaborate with educational staff, provide supervision and training to Behavior Technicians, and ensure the highest quality of care for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for students.
- Conduct assessments and analyze data to track student progress.
- Provide supervision and support to Behavior Technicians and other team members.
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and other professionals to ensure cohesive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and treatment plans.
- Stay current with ABA research and best practices to enhance treatment effectiveness.
- Travel required between multiple sites
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Proven experience in developing and implementing ABA programs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a school environment.
- Experience with diverse student populations is a plus.
License/Certification:
- BCBA (Required)
