We are currently seeking in-person Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team for the remainder of the 2024-2025 school year for schools near Carlisle, PA with the possibility to continue into the 2025-2026 school year. One SLP is needed 5 days/week and one is needed for 2-3 days/week. 1099 independent contractor position.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans based on assessment results.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in a school-based setting.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and services provided.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Pennsylvania state license (or eligible for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
