• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, assessment, and treatment.
• Coach patients on managing mental health conditions and facilitate positive behavior changes.
• Review medical histories, complete assessments, and maintain accurate records.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment methods, including CBT and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
• Offer mental health education tailored to patients' understanding and cultural backgrounds.
