Scheduling Coordinator / Front Desk / Receptionist - University Orthodontics

University Orthodontics is looking for a highly motivated, dependable, team-oriented individual. This individual needs to be excited to learn new things and provide cheerful, superior service to our patients. Excellent interpersonal communication skills are a must in order to contribute to our team and communicate with our patients. Scheduling Coordinator Job Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly professional manner
• Managing a high volume schedule
• Answering multi-line phones and scheduling patients appointments
• Maintain referrals database
• Maintain and execute monthly recall system
• Treatment scheduling and appointment management
• Documenting and updating patient records with attention to detail
• Knowledge of submitting and processing orthodontic insurance claims a plus
• Knowledge of Orthotrac software a plus
