Role Description:
MCI is looking for a dynamic star with experience in the title/escrow field. Someone who may be looking for a title adjacent career experience . A person who lives near, or would commute to the Owosso area, has a heart for service, can sell calm in a sometimes hectic real estate market, would deliver a standard of service that has come to be expected from decades of trusted service, and last but not least - Have Fun! Primary duty: scheduling loan closings nationwide.
-Finer details: (in a fast paced, order by order scenario) to be sure notaries carry the appropriate credentials to carry out a real estate closing, follow industry standards and best practices, and will uphold the integrity of MCI and the title companies we represent.
Delivery of all around great customer service: answering phones, special projects, anticipating client needs, cultivating and maintaining client and vendor relationships.
*Candidate should possess efficient skills in outlook, word, excel. (Microsoft office)
Please be dependable and friendly with great communication skills, and patience for an often fast paced environment and flexibility to grow.
*Scheduling, Escrow, title experience, or real estate closings as a notary are a plus!
