Job Summary
Healthy at Home Caregivers is seeking a reliable and organized Scheduler to coordinate caregiver assignments and client needs. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, ensure timely placement of caregivers, and maintain clear communication with clients and caregivers. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing needs are essential. Spanish-speaking is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate caregiver schedules to meet client needs.
- Communicate with clients and caregivers regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of caregiver hours and client requests.
- Ensure quality and timely care delivery.
- Must Reside close to Dana Point office.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Previous experience in scheduling or administrative roles preferred.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements- Experience in home care, specifically as a caregiver or scheduling coordinator, preferred.
- Proficiency in Scheduling Software, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Internet, Email, and Microsoft Windows operation.
- High School Diploma Required
- Sitting, standing, typing, and writing.
- Ability to operate various office-related equipment (telephone, fax, copier, computer, and paperwork).
- Quick learner able to adapt to tasks needed, team player.
