DACM Project Management, Inc. is a full-service program and project construction management company established in 1987.
Position Start Date:
Approximately March to May
Senior Regional Scheduler Salary $225,000 per year
Construction Project Scheduler Salary $210,000 to $216,000 per year
Junior Scheduler Salary $131,000 to $137,000 per year
Positions are full-time employee, plus full company benefits, including 10 paid vacation days, 11 paid holidays, and 5 paid sick days.

Senior Regional Scheduler
Position Functions:
- Reporting directly to the Sr Construction Manager for Scheduling and Estimating and provide
updates and prepare reports for upper management in order to meet Key Performance Indicators.
- Supervise Project Schedulers to ensure project timelines are met and interfaces with OARs, Senior
Project Managers and other site staff and contractors related to the review of CPM schedules,
preparation of project scope and budget.
- Projects staffing needs and makes recommendations to executive staff to improve staff requirements.
- Develop and maintain program schedules identifying relationships, logic, milestones, and
constraints for construction projects of various types.
- Independently interpret and read detailed construction drawings (Architectural, Structural,
Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil, etc.) and develop a clear understanding of work scope.
- Review Contractor’s Baseline schedule submissions and verify that all work scope is identified
properly and logically sequenced correctly; provide written detailed schedule review comments.
- Perform QA/QC on contractor schedule submittals for conformance with contract terms; review
critical path, cost loading, resource loading of man-hours, schedule content, recovery schedules, use
of logic relationships and lags, constraints and milestones.
- Perform schedule Time Impact Analysis for any change orders that affect the construction schedule;
conduct schedule negotiations with the OAR and the contractor for any delay time settlements.
- Read drawings to determine if work is in or out of scope, and understand terms and conditions of
the contract to determine if any compensable or non-compensable time extensions have merit.
- Perform Critical Path analysis and Earned Value analysis.
- Walk construction sites as needed and check the contractor’s weekly / monthly schedule
progress; provide reports to the project OAR and upper management.
- Effectively communicate with the Contractor regarding all schedule / progress related matters and
concerns in the weekly status meetings and all other schedule related meetings.
- Perform Program Schedule QA/QC reviews on a regular basis.
- Perform status updates for Program Schedules / Master Schedules on a bi-monthly basis.
- Prepare reports as needed and directed by Management.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
Required Experience:
Minimum eight (8) years full time paid professional experience in Construction Scheduling for an
Owner or General Contractor, preferably in an educational facility or public works projects.
Proficiency in Primavera Latest Version and MS Office Suite
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superior organizational and planning skills
- Ability to build efficient working relationships with project teams and department staff
- Understanding of theories, principles and practices of cost engineering, scheduling and schedule
forensics
Required Education:
Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree in architecture,
engineering or construction management.
OR
Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree in any course,
but with additional two (2) years of experience in the duties above to compensate for the
required education.

Required Education:

Junior Scheduler
Position Functions:
- Assist schedulers with program / project schedule updates while coordinating input from various
project teams
- Analyze schedules for proper use of program level standard codes, layouts and reports necessary to
ensure data integrity
- Perform QA/QC on P6 schedules and validate logic ties to ensure conformance with scheduling
guidelines for various project types
- Perform QA/QC on contractors’ schedule submittals for conformance with contract scope and terms
- Read drawings to determine if work is in or out of scope and understands terms and conditions of
the contract to determine if any compensable or non-compensable time extensions have merit.
- Performs Critical Path and Earned Value analyses
- Assist the scheduling team in reporting projects as necessary
