Full Job Description
As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and overseeing project schedules for various land development initiatives. You will work closely with project managers, construction teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project schedules in collaboration with project managers, superintendents, and estimating teams, incorporating all phases of the development process from initial planning, and permitting to construction and final delivery.
- Assists in baseline scheduling for bid process by working with estimating and engineering teams to accurately identify the sequence of all project work to be performed.
- Monitor and track project progress against established schedules, identifying potential delays or bottlenecks and implementing proactive measures to mitigate risks.
- Communicate schedule updates, deviations, and impacts to relevant stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
- Analyze schedule variances and develop recommendations for optimizing resource utilization and improving project efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with project teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and adjust plans as needed to accommodate changing priorities or unforeseen circumstances.
- Provide regular reports and updates on project schedules, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to project scheduling and management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction science, construction management, construction engineering, or civil engineering preferred.
- 3+ years of heavy civil construction scheduler experience.
- Ability to interface and effectively communicate with others.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Abitliy to self-prioritize and self-start projects and task work.
- Ability to effectively muti-task and work in a fast paced, time sensitive environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequently performs physical activities that require considerable use of the arms and legs and moving the whole body, such as standing, lifting, walking, stooping, bending, reaching, and handling of materials, equipment, and tools.
- Lifts, pushes, pulls, and carries heavy objects, machinery, and tools.
- Works around vehicles and machinery with moving parts.
- Exposed to exhaust fumes, gasoline, and diesel fuel.
- May be exposed to harsh weather conditions.
- May be exposed to loud noise.

Pay: $80,000-$120,000 Annually
