Scheduler - Mattapan Health and Rehabilitation Center

Bear Mountain Healthcare Mattapan Health & Rehabilitaion Center, a 85 bed skilled nursing facility in Mattapan, MA, is looking to hire a Full-time Scheduler. Hours are 7:30-4:00 Monday - Friday, On call for call during off hours to handle call outs.

Scheduler:

·         Filling and completing a monthly nursing schedule and posting same.

·         Filling call outs and vacations.

·         Interacting with HR/Payroll coordinator daily as to changes with schedule.

·         Updating Bear Traxs for agency staffing.

·         Attend Daily morning team meeting.

·         Attend various monthly meetings.

·         On call when not at work for call outs.
