About the Job
Responsible for accurate and timely transactional processing in the SCEIS SAP HR/Payroll system. Initiate, review, and complete employee personnel transactions in the Agency's automated personnel system (PAIS) and SCEIS.
Ensure all required documentation is received and keyed in a timely manner through the Agency's internal system and SCEIS. Verify transactions for accuracy and ensure adherence to agency and OHR guidelines. Ensure all necessary InfoTypes are completed in SCEIS.
Create new organization units, move organization units. Rename or delimit organization units, when applicable. Create SCEIS helpdesk tickets for required supervisor changes.
Works with the Comptroller General's Office and SCEIS team to analyze and resolve simple to complex payroll related issues. Works directly DPH Payroll Office to resolve any discrepancies.
Participates in projects and initiatives to advance the operational effectiveness of DPH. Assists with business objects/BEX reporting. Develops, distributes, and stores HR and Administrative related reports. Creates needed procedures for pulling reports.
