Job Title: SCCM Systems Administrator

Rate: DOE (W2/1099 Only)
Overview
Support, maintain, and enhance the existing System Center Configuration Manger (SCCM) infrastructure in use at department.
Essential Responsibilities
Create and maintain workstation images
Manage SCCM application deployments
Monitor and report on deployment status
Monitor and manage distribution points
Maintain/enhance the SCCM system currently implemented as well as participate in the design, implementation, and migration to future versions of SCCM. Candidate must also be able to plan, create, deploy, and monitor SCCM packages and OSD task sequences to devices on the network.
Deploy monthly Microsoft security updates using SCCM and maintain compliancy of all networked systems.
Develop custom reports and inventory data as it is requested as well as custom queries.
Develop and maintain SCCM system documentation.
Be a backup to the Systems Center Operations Manager (SCOM) engineer
Assist remote IT support teams with using SCCM tool for compliance reporting
Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in a SCCM Systems Administrator role
Five years experience with each of the following
Experience with Any of the Following is a Plus
Experience using the Microsoft Desktop Optimization Pack (MDOP) technologies and Microsoft Deployment Tool Kit (MDT) Highly desired 5 Years
Microsoft Certification
Systems Center Operation Manger (SCOM) administration, experienced or willingness to learn - required to be a backup to the current administrator

- SCCM management in an enterprise network environment
- SCCM packaging and application deployment in an enterprise network
- SCCM deployment of security patches
- SCCM report and query writing
- SCCM infrastructure design and deployment
- SCCM OSD Task Sequences, thorough understanding of their implementation and how to create and optimize
- Scripting with VBS and PowerShell
