Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Experience working with individuals who have histories of homelessness and/or serious mental health diagnoses, including crisis intervention and managing trauma-triggered behavior.

Excellent time management skills and stress resilience.

Flexible, team-oriented, and open to feedback.

Creative with excellent organizational skills.

Willingness to perform CPR/First Aid/AED/CPI/Naloxone.

Preferred knowledge of AWARDS.

Preferred supervisory experience.
