Scada Solution Architect - Remote! - Artech LLC

Artech is currently looking for experienced professional for the below position. 

• Develop and maintain the architectural vision and strategy for National Grid’s technology, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Lead the design of scalable, robust, and secure IT solutions that meet business requirements and support National Grid’s strategic goals.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to determine their potential impact on National Grid’s business and technology landscape. Provide recommendations for adoption where appropriate.
• Establish and enforce architectural standards, policies, and governance frameworks to ensure consistency and quality across all technology initiatives.
• Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to understand requirements, develop solutions, and drive success

• SCADA Systems Design Engineering experience in Planning, implementing, modifying, and evaluating SCADA software and systems
• System deployment: Configuring existing systems and planning the deployment of devices, computers, and instruments in a Scada environment.
• System performance: Analyzing system performance and suggesting or making improvements
• System security: Implementing and maintaining cybersecurity measures
• In depth knowledge and project design experience with SCADA Systems and Telecommunications with end-to-end responsibility.
• Knowledge of industry standard SCADA software and platforms
