Remote SBA Lender Needed!

A preferred SBA Lender is looking for a new lender to join their team.  This organization is a long-standing bank with a great reputation!

Must have a proven track record of success in building one's own SBA loan portfolio with a history of producing $20MM+/year.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Direct calling on referrals from inside and outside bank partners in a direct effort to develop new loan business.
• Meet/exceed production-related goals on new loans.
• Screen out non-target deals early and efficiently.
• Collect necessary information from loan applicants.
• Participates in weekly pipeline sales meetings.
• Effectively present information to senior management.
• Work with customers throughout the application and closing process
• Establish strong referral network and relationships with commercial real estate brokers, loan brokers, CPAs and other referral sources to solicit new SBA loan leads.

What You Need:

• Proven track record of success in building one's own SBA loan portfolio.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• A mindset of abundance-this role is for the HUNTERS that want to exceed expectations.
• Ability to preflight a deal to know creditworthiness.
• 5+ years of 7(a) lending.
• History of producing $20MM+/year.
• Almost or 100% self-sourced.
