Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst specialized in SAP Warehouse Management (SAP S4 WM/EWM) for a 12-month contract opportunity in Sunnyvale, CA. This hybrid role involves collaborating with a leading technology team dedicated to advancing minimally invasive care through innovative solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Facilitate business blueprinting workshops, engaging with business and cross-functional teams to map As-Is and To-Be business processes.
- Gather, analyze, and solve requirements from the Warehouse & Shipping department, ensuring solutions align with industry best practices.
- Lead configuration, development, and testing for SAP WM / SAP S/4 HANA EWM, including integration with other modules.
- Serve as the primary contact for configurations, development, and data migration within WM and EWM modules.
- Collaborate with Material Management, Quality Management, Production Planning, and Sales & Distribution modules.
- Document processes and train teams on new implementations, adapting quickly to changes in project timelines.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for configurations in SAP WM and EWM.
Skills, Experience, Education, & Training
- At least 10 years of SAP experience, with a strong focus on SAP Warehouse Management.
- Proven track record with at least two end-to-end project implementations in SAP WM and EWM modules each.
- Experience interfacing SAP with external WMS systems and integrating third-party logistics (3PL) via Idocs and APIs.
- Expertise in SAP EWM Master Data integrations, Inbound/Outbound logistics, Internal Movements, Cycle Counting, and Kitting.
- Deep knowledge of Warehouse master data, storage types, put away and stock removal strategies in EWM.
- Experience in handling unit management for inbound, internal movements, and outbound processes in EWM.
- Strong understanding of Kanban material replenishment, wave management, and integration with core SAP modules (LE, WM, MM, SD, PP, QM, FI, CO).
- Skills in ABAP Development, LSMW, batch job monitoring, and Idoc Monitoring are essential.
- Preferred candidates will have knowledge of TMS integration and experience working with RF devices and configurations.
