Title: SAP Warehouse Management Consultant

Description:
- Provide support to the client IT team and coordinate with the Warehouse operations team to ensure optimal performance of SAP WM/IM/TM systems.
- Collaborate with the client Warehouse Management (WM) team for system configuration, updates, and ongoing support activities.
- Assist in the configuration and implementation of client WM/IM solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.
- Resolve client WM support tickets in a timely manner, adhering to defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Manage and control the work plan in line with the overall project plan, ensuring timely delivery and quality of deliverables.
- Liaise with business stakeholders to assess requirements and implement new WM functionality as needed.
- Coordinate with Arca Continental Central Team, Warehouse Vendors Team, and client Team (onsite and offshore) for the configuration, installation, and support of hardware such as label/standard printers, RF scanning/VP devices, and other related technologies.
- Work closely with the Master Data Team to resolve any data-related issues impacting the WM/IM processes.
- Support in testing and training for WM/IM/TM modules to ensure smooth adoption and implementation across teams.
- Collaborate with functional leaders in SAP WM/IM implementations, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and industry standards.
- Provide expertise in SAP WM module integration with other modules, including SD, MM, IM, PP, and FI/CO.
- Utilize expertise in SAP S/4 HANA to optimize and manage Stock Room operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and tracking.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in SAP WM/IM/TM configuration, implementation, and support.
- Strong experience in the configuration, implementation, and support of SAP Warehouse Management (WM), Inventory Management (IM), and Transport Management (TM) modules.
- Proven experience working with SAP WM/IM/TM solutions for process industries, with an understanding of best practices and industry standards.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA WM for Stock Room Management.
- Experience in integrating SAP WM/IM modules with cross-functional modules like SD, MM, IM, PP, and FI/CO.
- Demonstrated experience in SAP WM/IM implementations and working with functional leaders to ensure successful system deployments.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, stock management processes, and related business workflows.
- Ability to install and configure software, following instruction manuals provided by client or vendors.
- Familiarity with configuring and supporting warehouse-related hardware (printers, RF scanning/VP devices).
- SAP certification in Warehouse Management or related modules.
- Experience working in a global or multinational business environment.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management best practices.
- Prior experience working with process industries is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
